16 Quick Tips to Stay Young

I really hate getting older.  Honestly,  I am looking for ways to remove or hide the lines, the waddle, or even ways to stop me caring my age so I can continue to focus on enjoying life.  I know we all get to old age and can’t look 30 forever, but at least I can make myself look a few years younger?

  1. Drinks lots of water
  2. Exercising
  3. Stay out of the sun.  Wear a hat and cover up.  Wear Sunblock!Sun block daily. It’s never too late to start.
  4. Good sleep
  5. Moderate alcohol intake
  6. Not smoking
  7. Healthy diet – I rarely eat meat
  8. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
  9. Plus non-toxic skincare and makeup. 💋
  10. Be thankful
  11. Forgive, love to the next, do not judge, tolerance, always help and keep a good mood
  12. To know how to laugh at yourself and forgive yourself. Self-esteem is very important as well
  13. Keep stress to a minimum!
  14. Choose gorgeous and chic clothings
  15. And don’t worry about ageing! Embrace this process of getting older with grace.
  16. Have some “me” time!
